Standard fiberglass and composite epoxy boards

FR4 offers excellent mechanical and electrical properties for standard applications. CEM-1 provides a cost-effective alternative for budget-sensitive designs where single-layer routing is sufficient.

Metal Core PCBs use an aluminium base layer to dramatically improve thermal dissipation — essential for LED lighting applications, power modules, and other circuits that generate significant heat. Raika Systems is one of the few Hyderabad-based fabricators offering MCPCB production reliably and in-house.
The aluminium core acts as a built-in heat spreader, reducing the need for large external heatsinks and allowing more compact, efficient designs.
